Our Story
Echo Transformation was founded on a simple idea: that technology should empower people, not overwhelm them.
After years of working in digital transformation and operations, we saw a pattern. Companies were investing in powerful tools like Microsoft 365, but struggling to get real value from them. Processes remained manual, governance fell through the cracks, and employees were left navigating complexity with minimal support.
We knew there was a better way, therefore we created Echo Transformation. A consultancy built to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. We focus on practical, people-first solutions that help organizations streamline processes and build in-house capability through targeted training.

With deep expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Purview, and the Power Platform, she focuses on simplifying business processes, automating workflows, and designing governance that works in the real world. Her work is rooted in clarity, usability, and long-term value.
At Echo, Gabrielle leads solution design and delivery, working side by side with clients to modernize operations and build systems that stick. From process automation to user training, she brings a steady, practical approach to transformation helping teams take control of their tech, boost confidence, and turn digital tools into long-term assets.
